A Small Business. Seven Years. One Dream.

The story behind BPN-TRACK — from the founder, Pranav Khandelwal

BPN-TRACK is not a large company with a huge team, a fancy corporate office, or thousands of customers.

It is a very small business, built almost entirely by one person.

I am Pranav Khandelwal, the founder of BPN-TRACK.

For the past 7 years, I have been working, struggling, learning, experimenting, failing, starting again, and trying to build something that I genuinely believe can make a difference.

And today, I want to be completely honest with you.

BPN-TRACK Is Still Small

I have not yet reached the potential that I believe BPN-TRACK deserves.

The market is much bigger than the number of customers I have reached so far.

There are thousands of vehicles, machines, transporters, contractors and businesses that could potentially benefit from fuel monitoring technology.

But somehow, I am still struggling to reach them.

I don’t have a large sales team making hundreds of calls every day.

I don’t have a huge marketing budget.

I don’t have investors or a large corporate organization standing behind me.

I am doing almost everything myself.

From product development and testing to customer conversations, technical problems, installations, website work, marketing, customer support and even the smallest day-to-day decisions — most of it eventually comes back to me.

Seven Years of Not Giving Up

There have been many moments during these seven years when I wondered:

“Will all this effort ever reach the people who actually need this product?”

But I continued.

Because I didn’t build BPN-TRACK simply to sell another GPS device.

I spent years trying to solve a real problem — diesel theft and fuel loss.

For many businesses, fuel loss is not a small problem. It can quietly cost thousands, and sometimes even lakhs of rupees over time.

That is the problem I wanted to work on.

And that is why I kept going, even when building the business was difficult.

I Know My Business Is Small

I know my website is not as popular as the websites of large companies.

I know my customer base is nowhere near what this product could potentially achieve.

I know I don’t have the marketing power of a big corporation.

And I also understand something very important:

Having a good product is not enough.

People need to know that you exist.

They need to understand what you offer.

They need to trust you.

And, most importantly, they need to give you a chance.

That is probably one of the hardest parts of being a very small business.

Every Customer Matters to Me

But there is something I can say with complete honesty:

I care about every customer.

When someone buys BPN-TRACK from me, it is not just another order number in a huge company’s system.

It matters to me personally.

Every enquiry matters.

Every installation matters.

Every complaint matters.

Every suggestion matters.

Every customer who puts their trust in me matters.

And every time someone tells me that BPN-TRACK helped them prevent fuel loss, it reminds me why I started this journey in the first place.

I Am Not Asking You to Buy Because I Am Small

I am only asking you to look at the product.
