Why the free staff training matters
BPN-TRACK trains your internal staff to handle basic day-to-day maintenance and minor technical issues — reducing dependency on technician visits and recurring service costs over time.
Frequently asked questions
Is this available across all of India?+
Yes, we cover all of India. In most Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities, a certified on-site technician visits your location directly — this covers the large majority of bookings. In the rare case a technician isn't available in your exact area, we arrange the installation through a trusted local garage nearby and guide their team through the entire process ourselves. Either way, installation quality, warranty, and support remain fully our responsibility.
Does this include training for my team?+
Yes, on-site demo and technical guidance for drivers/managers is included, free.
Is the installation waterproof and tamper-proof?+
Yes, the installation is designed to be 100% waterproof, dustproof, and theft-resistant.
