BPN-TRACK is not responsible for obtaining permissions on behalf of the customer unless specifically agreed in writing.

4. Customer Information

To provide our products and services, we may require information including:

• Customer name
• Company or firm name

• Email address
• Billing and shipping address
• GST and business information
• Vehicle or equipment details
• Vehicle registration information
• Device and IMEI information
• SIM and connectivity information

5. Vehicle and Asset Monitoring

BPN-TRACK systems may collect and display information including:

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the monitoring of any vehicle, equipment, employee or driver is lawful and appropriately authorized.

6. GPS and Fuel Monitoring Disclaimer

BPN-TRACK uses GPS technology, fuel sensors, mobile networks, electronic hardware, calibration procedures and software algorithms to provide monitoring information.

While BPN-TRACK makes reasonable efforts to provide reliable and accurate information, no GPS, electronic, telecommunications or fuel monitoring system can guarantee 100% accuracy under every possible operating condition.

System performance may be affected by factors including:

• GPS signal availability
• Mobile network availability
• Internet connectivity
• Signal obstruction
• Underground or enclosed locations
• Tunnels
• Remote or hilly terrain
• Network congestion
• Electrical problems
• Vehicle electrical conditions
• Sensor installation
• Sensor calibration
• Fuel tank design
• Tank shape or construction
• Fuel movement and sloshing
• Physical damage
• Unauthorized modification
• Environmental conditions
• Software or server interruptions
• Third-party infrastructure

Customers should independently verify significant events before making financial, disciplinary, legal or other consequential decisions based solely on system-generated information.

7. Fuel Theft and Fuel Drain Detection

BPN-TRACK fuel monitoring systems are designed to identify abnormal fuel-level changes and provide fuel-related alerts.

Fuel theft detection depends on proper installation, sensor positioning, calibration, tank configuration, vehicle conditions, electrical stability, connectivity and system configuration.

A fuel theft or fuel drain alert is a monitoring indication and should not, by itself, be treated as conclusive physical proof of theft.

The customer is responsible for independently verifying the circumstances surrounding any suspected fuel theft or unauthorized fuel drain.

BPN-TRACK shall not be responsible for disputes between customers and their employees, drivers, operators, contractors or other third parties arising solely from interpretation of a system-generated alert.

8. Installation

Installation may be performed by:

• BPN-TRACK technicians
• Authorized technicians
• Customer-appointed mechanics
• Local garages
• Electricians
• Other third-party installers

Depending on the location and order, installation may be provided onsite or through remote guidance.

Where a customer-appointed mechanic or third-party installer performs the installation, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the installer follows the instructions provided by BPN-TRACK.

BPN-TRACK shall not be responsible for damage resulting from incorrect installation, unauthorized wiring changes, improper electrical connections, physical modification of the vehicle or equipment, or other actions performed by an installer who is not directly under BPN-TRACK’s control.

9. Calibration and Fuel Sensor Installation

Fuel monitoring systems may require vehicle-specific calibration before accurate fuel monitoring can be provided.

The customer may be required to provide:

• Suitable vehicle parking conditions
• Required labour
• Fuel handling assistance
• Measuring equipment or containers
• Access to the vehicle or equipment
• Safe working conditions

Incorrect calibration, unauthorized movement of the sensor, modification of the fuel tank, changes to wiring or other alterations may affect fuel monitoring accuracy.

10. GPS, SIM and Network Dependency

Certain BPN-TRACK services depend on third-party telecommunications networks, SIM cards, GPS signals, internet connectivity, cloud infrastructure and other technology services.

BPN-TRACK cannot guarantee uninterrupted connectivity or uninterrupted real-time tracking.

Services may temporarily become unavailable or delayed because of:

• Mobile network outages
• Weak network coverage
• GPS signal loss
• Internet outages
• Server or cloud infrastructure issues
• SIM-related issues
• Government or regulatory restrictions
• Network congestion
• Signal interference or jamming
• Power failures
• Natural disasters
• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Such interruptions will not automatically constitute a breach of these Terms.

11. Product Pricing

Product prices, subscription charges, installation charges, SIM charges, taxes, shipping charges, warranty charges and other service fees may change from time to time.

The applicable price will be the price displayed on the relevant product or service page, checkout page, quotation, invoice or order confirmation applicable at the time of purchase.

Promotional offers, discounts, EMI facilities and other special offers may be subject to additional terms and eligibility requirements.

BPN-TRACK reserves the right to correct pricing or product information errors and, where legally permissible, cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing or listing error.

12. Orders and Payment

An order is subject to acceptance and confirmation by BPN-TRACK.

4. Follow installation and calibration instructions.
5. Maintain the vehicle’s electrical and mechanical systems in reasonable condition.

7. Prevent unauthorized access to the customer’s BPN-TRACK account.
8. Report suspected unauthorized access or misuse.
9. Not intentionally damage or tamper with the hardware or fuel sensor.
10. Not reverse engineer or attempt to bypass the hardware or software.
11. Use system reports responsibly.
12. Independently verify important events before taking consequential action.

17. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Use BPN-TRACK services for unlawful purposes.
• Monitor vehicles or individuals without required authorization.
• Attempt unauthorized access to another customer’s account.
• Interfere with BPN-TRACK servers or networks.
• Introduce malware or malicious code.
• Attempt to disable or bypass security measures.
• Reverse engineer proprietary software or hardware.
• Copy or reproduce proprietary technology without permission.
• Manipulate system data or alerts.
• Tamper with installed devices or sensors for unauthorized purposes.
• Use BPN-TRACK information to unlawfully harass, threaten or discriminate against another person.

18. Account Security

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

All activity performed through the customer’s account may be treated as activity authorized by the customer unless the customer has promptly notified BPN-TRACK of unauthorized access.

Customers should immediately contact BPN-TRACK if they suspect that their credentials have been compromised.

19. Data Privacy

BPN-TRACK collects and processes personal information, vehicle information, GPS information, fuel monitoring information, transaction information and other data required to provide its services.

Such information may be used for:

• Customer support
