1942 – The Foundation

Late Sri Bhagwandas Khandelwal migrated from Pehel (Alwar District, Rajasthan) to Kantabanji, Odisha. He laid the foundation of M/s Chajjuram Bhagwandas, establishing an Oil Mill in Kesinga and trading oil & pulses. This was the seed of a business legacy built on trust and hard work.

1977 – Expansion into Agro & Rural Development

Sri Pradipnarayan Khandelwal (son of Late Sri Bhagwandas Khandelwal) founded M/s Bhagwandas Pradipnarayan. The firm expanded into jute, rice, and ropes—creating large-scale rural employment by distributing rope-making machines under Khadi Gram Udyog and marketing products across Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Haryana, Odisha, and West Bengal.

1994 – Entry into Mining Sector

The company obtained its Explosives License and became a trusted supplier to the local mining industry, also taking up drilling & blasting contracts.

2004 – Agricultural Exports

We became the first export intermediary for rice and niger seeds, marking our entry into global trade.

2010 – BPN EXIM Pvt. Ltd.

Headquartered in Nagpur (MH), BPN EXIM was incorporated, in association with Shah Nanji Nagsi Exports Pvt. Ltd., working as commission agents for the export of rice, niger seeds, and agro commodities.

2019 – BPN Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Next-Gen Technology)

Sri Pranav Khandelwal, son of Sri Pradipnarayan Khandelwal, founded BPN Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to venture into advanced telematics and IoT solutions. With offices in Kantabanji (Odisha) and Karol Bagh (Delhi), we introduced cutting-edge GPS tracking systems and smart sensors for fleets and heavy industries.

2023 – Major Breakthrough in Fuel Monitoring

For 15 years, the GPS fuel monitoring industry struggled with false fuel theft alerts due to road vibrations and tank turbulence.
In Feb 2023, our R&D team developed a proprietary algorithm that solved this challenge:

  • Detects thefts as low as 100 ml

  • Zero false alerts under any road condition
    This innovation placed BPN-Track at the forefront of global telematics technology.

2024 – National Hub in Chhattisgarh

In May 2024, we consolidated our operations at #6023, Currency Tower, Raipur (CG)—a strategic central hub to serve clients across India.

2025 – Expansion into Explosives & Mining Sector

On 26th September 2025, we proudly launched another milestone venture — BPN Explosives India Pvt. Ltd. (www.bpnexplosives.com). This new company has been established to serve India’s mining and infrastructure sectors with state-of-the-art Explosive Warehousing and Logistics Solutions.

Our vision is to build a nationwide network of licensed explosive storage godowns and a smart supply chain ecosystem across mining belts and industrial regions of India. BPN Explosives India Pvt. Ltd. is creating a sustainable, growth-driven business model based on long-term 25+ year lease structures, uncompromising safety standards, and meaningful local employment opportunities.
